They came up with proposals for an innovative roof/drainage system & talked us through all the stages with the help of AI generated images. The result? An excellent job completed with 2 Velux roof lights by a team of roofers,plasterers & decorator ,people who knew their jobs & even cleared up afterwards! And all with a 10 year guarantee. We were very pleased with the work carried out by Prestige Roof Limited on our property In March 2026. They removed the old spray foam roof insulation, repairing timbers that had been damaged by it, retiling where needed and replacing the roof membrane and ridge tiles. They carried out this work in the time frame that they said they would. The crew was courteous and kept us informed of progress with numerous photos of the roof work, they also cleared up after themselves. I recently suffered from a leak in my bedroom and was really worried about the condition of my roof. I contacted Prestige Roof Ltd to carry out a full roof MOT on my property, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I got in touch with them, the whole experience was professional and reassuring. The team came out promptly and carried out a very thorough inspection of the roof. They took the time to clearly explain what they were looking at and showed me the areas that had deteriorated. They also explained what a damaged or failing roof looks like, which really helped me understand the problem rather than just being told I needed repairs. After the inspection, they provided me with a fully detailed report along with a clear quotation, which was very helpful and transparent. Fast and efficient service, this must have been a one off? from quote to completion, including scaffolding 3 days. Inspection and quote on Wednesday, scaffold arrived Thursday and job started and finished on Friday. This was for new roof membrane, new battens cleaned and replaced tiles, as well as a complete new flat roof rubber covering and lagged loft as well for good measure. Left early Friday evening and apart from the skip of rubbish I would not have know they had been, all clean and tidy as promised. A big thank you to James and his crew for an excellent job.
