My grand parents had spray foam installed and have been scammed in the past , I looked for serval companies and prestige roof was one of them , Luke came out and met me on site from start to finish it was a amazing experience. The spray foam was directly onto the tiles so we needed the roof to be replaced , Luke walked us through everything , went above and beyond with everything and we can’t recommend enough . A big team of guys turned up and they worked so hard , we paid a deposit and the rest one building control signed off the work as that’s what made us comfortable which Luke was fine with . Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t recommend them enough . Thank you to all of The prestige team

We are very old fashioned we only like local companies , we came into prestige office and met Julie and Molly . They booked us in for a moss removal and gutter clean , Liam and Calum came out they took one day to clean the full roof and came back for the second morning to clean the gutters and facies . They have done a great job and I highly recommend.

I originally gave 1 STAR and shared deep disappointment and have now returned to rewrite my review. While the journey began with difficulty due to misunderstanding and poor communication. Luke from Prestige took fast, proactive action to resolve the issues. Once in a while, challenges can arise in any business transaction, but what stands out is how they are managed and resolved. Good customer service is hard to get nowadays, esp in the building/contracting trade, but Luke brought the train back on the rails without delay and I'm happy to say that I will be getting my roof fixed by his team and that we've both given one another a second chance. It's clear to me that the team over at Prestige know how to put their customers first. Once the job is done, i'll be happy to share the end result too.

They explained what needed doing, got the job done efficiently, and left everything tidy afterwards. The workmanship looks excellent and the chimney is now solid and secure again. I could not have had a better experience or service. Having struggled to find a roofer nearby who would either reply or promise then disappear, this was the exact opposite. I contacted Prestige on Sunday and heard back that day. Monday I had a quote. Tuesday I asked for them to go ahead and Wednesday it was complete. Thursday I received a very modest invoice complete with photos and a description of the works. I wish all businesses that I deal with could be as professional. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! What a wonderful company, extremely efficient and kept my mother informed all the way through, as she had to have her whole roof replaced. The work was carried out quickly with 12 men on site to get the job done. They were very thorough, taking pictures as they worked, to show her everything. The men were very polite and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. Thank you Luke for all your help. Thoroughly recommend this company!

A request for a roof MOT led to the need for renewal of everything under the tiles. Very prompt arrangements went forward and within a week the team was on site. Very efficient and friendly bunch, leaving no mess behind and on time. Helpful in the office also a bonus. A good experience.

I initially received a flyer threw the door and then around a week later I saw two off there vans doing roofing works on the property on my street , I contacted them for a moss removal they gave me a fixed price which was fair . The office got in contact with a date . Today they finished and safe to say they don’t just walk the walk they talk the talk . Thanks to the team in the office and also the team on the roofs .
