I recently had work carried out by Prestige Roof, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a young homeowner, I was understandably cautious about who I chose, but from the very first interaction, the team put me completely at ease. Luke, the director, took the time to come out personally and explain everything to me in a clear and thorough manner. He was extremely professional, patient, and well-mannered throughout, ensuring I fully understood the process and even encouraging me to take time to review the quotation with my family before making any decisions. This level of honesty and transparency was very reassuring. The work itself was completed to an exceptional standard. The team on site were punctual, respectful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. 50+years moss accumulation on the roof was causing us concern. Difficult to find local firm that did not use pressure washing to clean so when a R.Mail leaflet drop came through the door, decided to contact Prestige. Their response was quick and a quote was soon provided to clear the moss by hand which we accepted. an early date was agreed. Unfortunately this uncovered more serious damage to the underlying structure (as shown by photos) and a revised quote provided to completely re-tile. We agreed a new price and within a week the work started. The team of 4 worked hard completing the re-roof in 2 days, keeping us informed of progress, and leaving the area in a clean and tidy state. As well as a guarantee we were given a report on what was done, supported by photos. Overall a very professional approach.

5-star service, from the first visit to Prestige Roof's Dersingham office, to the completion of a full re-roof. The quote was professional and very reasonable, and the work was quickly and efficiently arranged. Luke, Liam and their team completed the job to a high standard, cleared away all the rubbish, and kept us updated throughout. Julie and Molly in the office answered all our questions and dealt very efficiently with the Warranty and Building Control paperwork. In short - professional, thoughtful and reliable. Will return to them for any future roofing work, and would definitely recommend.

As a near neighbour to a project recently completed by prestige namely a reroof on a large bungalow I was amazed at the swiftness of the team of 3, I'm a retired builder and as such I'm always interested and taking notice, I would highly recommend this company, good hardworking lads and clear up all within a week

Cannot thank the team at Prestige enough - my Grandparents had been the unfortunate victims of a few scams, and the team were so understanding of this and really took the time to help them decide on the best option. The finished product looks amazing, and they were so helpful with us throughout the entire project. Prestige don't just talk a good game like most others out there, they really deliver on it too. 10/10!

I recently suffered from rain water leaking through the roof of my Bungalow. Having seen an advertisement for Prestige Roofs, I contacted them and within 24 hours they were on site to investigate. The investigation found a number of defects in the roof of both the Bungalow and adjacent garage with water damage and deterioration of the tiles, felt and supporting battens, all witnessed by myself. I therefore had the whole roof renewed with new battens, felt and tiles. This was not a cheap option but with a 25 year Guarantee on the work, this has given me peace of mind. I was also impressed that it was only eight days from my initial call to the work being completed. Well done Prestige Roof !! I can only give four stars though as a couple of significant errors crept into some of the paperwork which was sent through requiring me request suitably corrected replacements.

I had Prestige out to fix my ridge tiles, which were coming away from the cement. As a matter of course, they checked out the condition of the rest of my roof. It was in rough shape--which was not entirely a surprise. They quoted me a fair price. Each time I have dealt with them, they have been prompt with quotes and on-time with site-visits. I accepted their quote for the ridge tiles on Wednesday. They booked the scaffolders in the following Tuesday, roofers to start the following Wednesday. They discovered the problems with the roof (the felt had holes in it and the battens were rotten) and got a new quote to me the same day. I reviewed the quote with friends and family and accepted it. They started and finished the work on the roof on Thursday alone. James and Callum managed the site well with clear communication and regularly updating me on the progress. James also took the time to walk me through the materials they were using and to talk me through the work. I was very impressed by the speed and ability of their crew. They even took the time to straighten out the loft insulation I'd had put in a few years prior--it had been a little bunched by the eaves.

I called prestige roof after receiving one of there flyers threw my door , I wanted a price for a roof replacement . They gave me that , the office stuff was easy do deal with and they worked at a good speed and so did the Prestige team what done my roof . Finding a good roofing firm who do what they say they are going to do is hard to come by but Prestige definitely meet there expectations. Thanks to the prestige team and I hope you like your cakes what Marry baked aswell 10 star job

We received a flyer through our door at the start of the month and decided to get in touch. Although it was only a small job, it’s definitely worth leaving a review ! Prestige responded quickly, came out the next day, and provided a quote on the same day . Work started the following week and lasted three days. They carried out a full roof clean, as well as cleaning the fascia and gutters. As an added bonus, they also jet-washed our driveway at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch. A big thank you to the team at Prestige, and especially to Luke for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Prestige Roofs carry out a chimney repointing on my house and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The lads were very friendly, professional and polite from start to finish. They explained what needed doing, got the job done efficiently, and left everything tidy afterwards. The workmanship looks excellent and the chimney is now solid and secure again. It’s great to find a team that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. I’d definitely recommend Prestige Roofs to anyone needing roofing work done. Brilliant job!

My father-in-law was very impressed with the speed, cleanliness and efficiency of the replacement of the roofing felt at his property. He was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. A minor adjustment was required after a particularly hard deluge of rain, but this has resolved the problem.

I initially received a flyer threw the door and then around a week later I saw two off there vans doing roofing works on the property on my street , I contacted them for a moss removal they gave me a fixed price which was fair . The office got in contact with a date . Today they finished and safe to say they don’t just walk the walk they talk the talk . Thanks to the team in the office and also the team on the roofs .

A request for a roof MOT led to the need for renewal of everything under the tiles. Very prompt arrangements went forward and within a week the team was on site. Very efficient and friendly bunch, leaving no mess behind and on time. Helpful in the office also a bonus. A good experience.

What a wonderful company, extremely efficient and kept my mother informed all the way through, as she had to have her whole roof replaced. The work was carried out quickly with 12 men on site to get the job done. They were very thorough, taking pictures as they worked, to show her everything. I could not have had a better experience or service. Having struggled to find a roofer nearby who would either reply or promise then disappear, this was the exact opposite. I contacted Prestige on Sunday and heard back that day. Monday I had a quote. Tuesday I asked for them to go ahead and Wednesday it was complete. Thursday I received a very modest invoice complete with photos and a description of the works. I wish all businesses that I deal with could be as professional. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! I originally gave 1 STAR and shared deep disappointment and have now returned to rewrite my review. While the journey began with difficulty due to misunderstanding and poor communication. Luke from Prestige took fast, proactive action to resolve the issues. Once in a while, challenges can arise in any business transaction, but what stands out is how they are managed and resolved. Good customer service is hard to get nowadays, esp in the building/contracting trade, but Luke brought the train back on the rails without delay and I'm happy to say that I will be getting my roof fixed by his team and that we've both given one another a second chance. It's clear to me that the team over at Prestige know how to put their customers first. Once the job is done, i'll be happy to share the end result too.

We are very old fashioned we only like local companies , we came into prestige office and met Julie and Molly . They booked us in for a moss removal and gutter clean , Liam and Calum came out they took one day to clean the full roof and came back for the second morning to clean the gutters and facies . They have done a great job and I highly recommend.

My grand parents had spray foam installed and have been scammed in the past , I looked for serval companies and prestige roof was one of them , Luke came out and met me on site from start to finish it was a amazing experience. The spray foam was directly onto the tiles so we needed the roof to be replaced , Luke walked us through everything , went above and beyond with everything and we can’t recommend enough . A big team of guys turned up and they worked so hard , we paid a deposit and the rest one building control signed off the work as that’s what made us comfortable which Luke was fine with . Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t recommend them enough . Thank you to all of The prestige team

What initially appeared to be a small leak showed itself to be the 'tip of an iceberg' - the whole roof needed replacing! This was completed in a super-quick time by the guys from Prestige Roof. They did a really wonderful job with little intrusion into our lives, they cleared all the old tiles and debris away and left us with a terrific looking roof. Thanks guys
