How long does a new roof take to install?
Most standard re-roofs on a semi-detached property take around 3 to 5 working days. Larger or more complex properties may take a little longer. We will always give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do you work on flat roofs as well as pitched roofs?
Yes. We install and repair both pitched and flat roofs. For flat roofing we use modern systems including EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass, which offer excellent waterproofing and a long lifespan compared to traditional felt.
What areas in Norfolk do you cover?
We work across most of Norfolk including King's Lynn, Dersingham, Hunstanton, Downham Market, Fakenham, Swaffham, Snettisham and the surrounding villages. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we will let you know.
Can you repair a roof leak without replacing the whole roof?
In many cases, yes. A lot of leaks are caused by slipped tiles, cracked flashing or damaged lead work. We will inspect the roof and only recommend a full replacement if it is genuinely needed. We always give honest advice.
What is spray foam removal and why might I need it?
Spray foam insulation in your loft can cause problems with damp, condensation and timber damage. It can also prevent mortgage lenders from approving a loan on your property because surveyors cannot inspect the roof timbers. We professionally remove spray foam and provide a completion certificate so your home can be surveyed and sold without issues.
Is cavity wall insulation removal something you do?
Yes. If your cavity wall insulation has failed or is causing damp, we can extract it using specialist vacuum equipment. Once the cavity is cleared, the walls can dry out naturally and the damp issues should resolve.

Do you offer any guarantees on your work?
